Returns and complaints

We do our very best to inform you about our products with pictures. In case a purchase does not meet your expectations it can be returned, but only on certain conditions:

We ask you to file a complaint as fast as possible, within 7 business days, after you have received the goods. This is only possible by e-mail. We will reply to your e-mail immediately. Mails sent outside working hours or on closing days will only be replied to the following working day.

The returned goods must meet the following conditions:

  • They must be returned within 7 business days
  • The packaging must include the delivery note
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • The return shipment must be sufficiently franked

Processing your return shipping

The registration of your return shipment will be confirmed by us by e-mail. Return shipments must be returned at your own expense. We can also handle the return shipment and provide you with the necessary documents and information to make everything run smoothly. The amount shipment cost will then be deducted when paying back the returned products if the above criteria are met.
